So, what is the difference in the grocery list style of prayer and prayer requests? Is there a difference?
There is a difference.
The grocery list style of prayer is the, “I want list” just because you want list.
Prayer requests are intercession and petition. They are things truly, deeply on our hearts and minds. These are our prayers that others have asked us to pray, things God has told us to pray for others, and things that are deeply on our heart about our own lives.
